Wow, we had a busy weekend! For Aunalie's AND Mason's birthdays, we went to Chuck 'E Cheese, had a party with the fam, and then went to the 67th annual Shriner's Circus (where my dad informed me that he went to the first one, even though he is only 60!) Unfortunately for my mom, she got hurt and couldn't go, but Cecilia was more than happy to take her ticket! Grandma Karen, Grandpa's Al and Lonnie, and I took the three kids. I thought it was GREAT this year with the bears and dancing elephant. But I've decided that I think adults can appreciate the circus more than the kids because adults realize the danger involved when you are dangling by the heal of your foot (or by your neck) about thirty feet in the air. Geesh. Anyway! I think that the kids had a GREAT weekend and the best part of all is that they didn't seem to have such a struggle to get back to normal!! Sunday was kind of a detox day, but it wasn't so bad. In fact, none of them asked for any more cake, and the kids behaved so well, we even cleaned our garage!! I think they got their fix of sugar with the final cotton candy at the circus! But it was fun, and we now officially have a 4 (soon to be 5), 3 and ONE year old! I can't believe it!!
